Dr.Bui and the entire staff at Grand Eye Care exceeded my wife and I customer service and eye care expectations during a recent visit. We went in on New Year's Eve 30 minutes prior to their closing time after leaving an adjacent Eye Care store whom basically rushed us off. We were welcomed into an extremely organized, professional, family friendly and clean facility by Dr. Bui and all of her associates. They took the time to ensure we had the correct frame sizes for proper comfort as well as reviewed our insurance coverage to assist with affordability. Dr. Bui further educated me on the correct eye exam needed for my medical situation which the previous Optometrist failed to do. My wife and I will be switching all of our family Optometry needs to Grand Eye Care moving forward.
